Tentative Troy Downtown Development Authority Corridor Improvements
The Troy Downtown Development Authority (TDDA) engages in long-range planning for the downtown area, land acquisition, and improvement of public facilities for the revitalization of the City of Troy's downtown area. The TDDA operates under State Statute Act 197 of 1975, utilizing funding derived from Tax Increment Financing strategies.
This TDDA-funded project will be implemented in 6 phases between 2023-2034.
