Please note that online payments are handled through Point and Pay, a third party payment provider. An additional fee will be added to each transaction by Point and Pay for their service. The fee schedule is as follows:
Credit and Debit Cards- 3% fee with a $1.50 minimum
Electronic Checks- $3.00 flat fee
Payment & Billing
Please note that the Troy Water & Sewer Division does not shut water off for late payment or failure to pay. The Water & Sewer Division does not collect payment in person by going door to door.
