Troy Medi-Go Plus is now Troy R.Y.D.E. (Reach Your Destination Easily). There will be no disruption in services as this transition takes place.
Troy R.Y.D.E. provides transportation to Troy residents that are 60+ or adults 18+ with disabilities. Troy R.Y.D.E is available for medical appointments, shopping, employment, and recreational activities and vehicles are wheelchair accessible. General service boundaries are:
North: Auburn Road including Barclay Circle
South: 12 Mile Road
East: Mound Road
West: Southfield Road, Adams Road

Same boundaries apply to all services. This is a free service.
Medical appointments: Please make reservations as early as possible. Standing reservations are accepted for repeat appointments.
Troy Community Center: Call for reservation seven (7) days in advance.
Work and educational trips for adults 18+ with disability: Standing reservations are accepted.
Visits to spouses in nursing homes: Call up to seven (7) days in advance. No standing reservations.
Malls, movie theaters, and hair appointments: Call for reservations seven (7) days in advance. No standing reservations.
Grocery stores: Troy R.Y.D.E. goes to all grocery stores in Troy, Meijer in Madison Heights, and Meijer in Royal Oak. Call for reservations as early as possible. You must be able to carry all groceries by hand or in a cart.
