SOCRRA is currently open by appointment only at this time. Please make an appointment to dispose of elehazardous waste here.

Electronic items require special handling and should not be disposed of in regular trash. Recycle your old electronic equipment at SOCRRA, 995 Coolidge (Between 14 mile and Maple).

Available Free to Troy residents.  Residency will be verified at time of drop off.

SOCRRA accepts computer monitors, CPUs, printers, TVs, radios, stereos, cell phones, telelphones, copy/scanner/fax machines, VCR/DVD/CD players, video game systems and routers. Visit SOCRRA for a complete list of accepted items.

Be sure to remove all sensitive and personal information from hard drives.  SOCRRA does not offer this service.

Recycling Alternatives for Non-SOCRRA Businesses/Residents
SOCRRA is unable to take electronics from residents and businesses outside of their member communities. They do provide a list of companies that will take electronics from residents/businesses outside of SOCRRA.
