Multiple Family Rental Inspection Program 

Applicable to Multiple Family Dwellings occupied by three (3) or more families living in individual dwelling units. The most common dwellings that fall into this category are apartment complexes.  The purpose of these inspections is for the health and safety of the occupants of the dwellings and of the general public.  Should your residence not fall under this category, please contact Code Enforcement for questions or complaints  248 524-3364 or planning@troymi.gov.
