Brian Kischnick | City Manager
As the City's Chief Administrative Officer, the City Manager is appointed by the Mayor and City Council and is responsible for directing the administration of the City government. Brian Kischnick's responsibilities include fulfillment of the annual Strategies, day to day organizational management, fiscal oversight, and innovative program development and evaluation.
Kischnick is an ICMA-Credentialed Manager with over twenty-two years of experience at the local government level working with community leaders and elected officials to facilitate sustainable community development. As a local government manager, Kischnick has worked at the County, Township, and City level, including work in Florida and Michigan.

The council-manager form is the system of local government that combines the strong political leadership of elected officials as a governing and policy-setting body, with the managerial experience of an appointed local government manager.
