As the City's Chief Administrative Officer, the City Manager is appointed by the Mayor and City Council and is responsible for directing the administration of the City government. Mark F. Miller's responsibilities include developing a Strategic Plan to lead City efforts, day-to-day organizational management, fiscal oversight and budget direction, and innovative program development and evaluation.
