Market Safety Procedures
Customers are no longer required to wear a mask at outdoor farmers market according to the CDC & Health Department. It is still a good idea to practice social distancing (6 feet) while at the Market.
Our market provides access to healthy, locally grown food for our community. We have worked to modify the Troy Farmers Market to connect our community to healthy food in ways which require less personal contact. We believe that there are advantages to shopping in an open-air market with reduced handling and travel distance from farm to fork. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact me using my contact information below. We want you all to stay safe and know that we will all get through this together. We are all looking forward to your return to the Troy Farmers Market!

“I just wanted to add that just HAVING the farmer's market was a WONDERFUL addition to me to life in TROY. In other words, -- was it THE BEST farmer's market in the area? NO. But that is ok. Just having it right here, was cherish-able to me.”
“Getting to meet local producers/farmers and getting fresh, local produce. Eight Plates Farm changed the way we get meat because we did not know how to easily get grass-fed/pastured meats prior to the Troy Farmer’s Market.”
“I love that Troy opened one! It’s about time! Good location too. Very central to everything.”
