The Troy Farmers Market is a new initiative in the City of Troy. It came out of the 2017 City of Troy Strategies as chosen by City Staff, Administration, and City Council. It will be held outside in the parking lot of the Troy Library, a high visibility area within our Civic Center campus.
Fridays, starting June 1 through October 26 from 3 - 7 pm.
Get fresh, local fruits, vegetables, flowers, meats, eggs, honey, and more, plus baked goods, jams, jellies, spices, and ready-to eat foods prepared with local ingredients, all for you. For more information, call 248.524.1147 or email Cindy.Stewart@troymi.gov
While there are a number of local communities surrounding the City of Troy hosting Farmers Markets, we feel that our population of 82,000+ residents and a daytime population of 130,000+ will support another Farmers Market in our community. After doing a lot of research, we picked Fridays for our Market since there are no other Friday markets anywhere close to Troy. Residents have also expressed interest in having a Market based on surveys the City has done. We pride ourselves on offering a variety of services and amenities to make Troy a desirable place to live.
