Troy Parks are the Best!

City of Troy Parks include a variety of amenities and a mixture of open space, woodlands, rivers, lakes and recreational facilities. You will find soccer fields, ball diamonds, disc golf courses, shore fishing, outdoor exercise equipment, tennis courts, basketball courts, natural and paved walking pathways, play structures and swing sets, a skate park, picnic areas and pavilions. It is the goal of the Parks staff that Troy parks and facilities strive to meet the varied and growing needs of a diverse and active population.

Recreation Department

The Recreation Department coordinates events and activities at many parks. Some of these activities require advanced registration. Reservations and permits for park shelters may be arranged through the Recreation Office located at the Troy Community Center, please call 248.524.3484 for more information. Park Amenities

Parks Division
The Parks Division is responsible for maintenance to the City's street trees (those trees between the street and sidewalk), grounds maintenance around all municipal buildings and on landscaped medians and all maintenance in City Parks. Filming and other Special Use permits within city parks are completed through the Troy Recreation Department.
