The governing body in Troy is the City Council made up of seven members. The Mayor, Mayor Pro Tem, and Council Members are represented through equal voting powers and dictate policy to management through resolution. Watching the Meeting
Anyone can listen to or watch the City Council meeting through the normal cable television channels or the City’s YouTube channel.
City Council meetings are aired on:
- WOW- channel 10
- Comcast- channel 17
- AT&T- channel 99
Anyone attending the City Council meeting may be heard during the public comment period by signing up at the kiosk outside City Council Chambers. The sign-up period is 30 minutes prior to the start of the meeting until 15 minutes after the start of the meeting. All public comments will be limited to three minutes each.
