SBA to Launch Restaurant Revitalization Fund
The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 created the Restaurant Revitalization Fund to provide restaurants with grants equal to their pandemic-related revenue loss, up to $10 million per entity (including affiliates) and limited to $5 million per physical location. Grant amounts are reduced by any Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan proceeds the applicant received. Eligible entities include restaurants, caterers, food trucks, bars, lounges, taverns, brewpubs, taprooms and tasting rooms. The Small Business Administration is administering the fund similar to the PPP loan program.  For more information, click here
